A paradise
Through time, the idea of paradise was important. Its significance lies in its ability make human existence meaningful and livable, despite the fact it's inevitably temporary. Paradise is a sanctuary of peace and abundance. It is a location that is outside ordinary historical time, and hence it cannot be afflicted by sickness or crime, or even death. It is also filled with people who are always healthy and young.
Paradise is described in many ways from the biblical Garden of Eden to the lush Pacific Ocean island paradises of novels and Gauguin paintings. Even in contemporary times, the rise of communes, and renewed interest in outdoor and gardening can be considered to be a manifestation of paradise. In reality the word "utopiana" brings images of paradise. While not all utopias are infused with religious overtones, they often include paradisial motifs. They are also designed to bring about some of the characteristics and attributes of paradise in reality.
The word"paradise" has multiple meanings however, they all refer to the state or condition that is awe-inspiring and enthralling. It could also refer to the perfect location for any particular sport or activity like the golfer's paradise, or a bird's paradise. In the context of religion it could be a reference to heaven, the abode of the righteous after death.
Many languages have utilized the word paradise, but it originated in the ancient Iranian language of Avestan. The word is pairidaeza, or "walled enclosure," from the roots pairi, "around," and daeza, "wall." It was later included in the Hebrew and other Aramaic scriptures as paradeisos and was later adapted to Greek, where it became paradise.
In the Bible The Bible describes paradise as the Garden of Eden, where the first couple lived in a beautiful environment that was free of diseases and death. They lost paradise but they rebelled against God. In later Bible prophecies, heaven is seen as a place in the eschatological future, where the happy people of the world will live forever. The term "paradise" is used to refer to the state of mind or spiritual of complete happiness and joy.
